NRS 441A.230

Disclosure of personal information prohibited without consent

(Added to NRS by 1989, 300; A 2007, 1978; 2021, 3188)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and NRS 439.597, a person shall not make public the name of, or other personal identifying information about, a person who has been diagnosed with or exposed to a communicable disease and investigated by the health authority pursuant to this chapter without the consent of the person.
