“Recyclable material” defined

“Recyclable material” means solid waste that can be processed and returned to the economic mainstream in the form of raw materials or products, as determined by the State Environmental Commission. The term includes, without limitation:

1. Electronic waste;

2. Paper; and

3. Paper products.
