Environmental review: Regulations; preparation and review of environmental assessments
Known as the Nevada Water Pollution Control Law
The act spans §§ 445–445 (200 sections).

1. The Commission shall adopt regulations relating to the environmental review process required by 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.
2. Each eligible recipient which receives money from the Account shall prepare an environmental assessment which complies with the regulations adopted by the Commission and submit it to the Division for review.
3. The Division shall review each such assessment.
