“Diffuse source” defined

Known as the Nevada Water Pollution Control Law

The act spans §§ 445–445 (200 sections).

“Diffuse source” means any source of water pollution which is diffused to the extent that it is not readily discernible and cannot be confined to a discrete conveyance. This term is intended to be equivalent to the term “nonpoint source” as used in federal statutes and regulations.
