Known as the Nevada Water Pollution Control Law
The act spans §§ 445–445 (200 sections).

Before making the finding specified in NRS 445A.910 and before making the determinations specified in NRS 244.3655, 268.4102 and 445A.895, the Commission or Division, as applicable, shall request comments from the:
1. Public Utilities Commission of Nevada;
2. State Engineer;
3. Local government within whose jurisdiction the water system is located; and
4. Owner of the water system.
