Cleanliness of rooms used for sleeping

[4:136:1915; 1919 RL p. 2811; NCL § 3340]

Every room in any hotel in this state used for sleeping purposes must be free from any and every kind of dirt or filth of whatever nature, and the walls, floors, ceiling and doors of every such room shall be kept free from dirt.
