Facility for the dependent, medical facility or agency to provide personal care services in the home that employs community health workers not required to obtain additional license
Known as the Nevada Health Facilities Assistance Act
The act spans §§ 449–449 (272 sections).

1. A person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter as a facility for the dependent or medical facility, or who is licensed pursuant to chapter 449B of NRS as an agency to provide personal care services in the home, and who employs community health workers is not required to obtain an additional license as a community health worker pool.
2. As used in this section, “agency to provide personal care services in the home” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449B.015.
