Authority of Board to require licensing of other facilities
Known as the Nevada Health Facilities Assistance Act
The act spans §§ 449–449 (272 sections).

The Board may adopt regulations requiring the licensing of a facility other than those required to be licensed pursuant to NRS 449.029 to 449.2428, inclusive, if the:
1. Facility provides any type of medical care or treatment; and
2. Regulation is necessary to protect the health of the general public.
