Form and contents of license

Known as the Nevada Health Facilities Assistance Act

The act spans §§ 449–449 (272 sections).

Each license issued by the Division shall be in the form prescribed by the Division and shall contain:

1. The name of the person or persons authorized to operate such licensed facility;

2. The location of such licensed facility; and

3. The number of beds authorized in such licensed facility, the nature of services offered and the service delivery capacity.
