Persons entitled to results of tests performed at laboratory regarding patient of rural hospital
Known as the Nevada Health Facilities Assistance Act
The act spans §§ 449–449 (272 sections).

The following persons are entitled to access the results of tests performed at a licensed laboratory regarding a patient of a rural hospital:
1. The patient;
2. The physician who ordered the tests; and
3. A provider of health care who is currently treating or providing assistance in the treatment of the patient.
