Application for federal money; deposit of money
Known as the Nevada Health Facilities Assistance Act

1. The Authority may apply to the federal agency for federal money to assist in carrying out the surveys, planning and construction activities provided for in NRS 449.250 to 449.430, inclusive.
2. The money must be deposited in the State Treasury and must be available to the Authority for expenditure for carrying out the purposes of NRS 449.250 to 449.430, inclusive.
