Application for construction of health facility: Notice and hearing; approval and forwarding

Known as the Nevada Health Facilities Assistance Act

The act spans §§ 449–449 (272 sections).

1. The Authority shall afford to every applicant for assistance for a construction project an opportunity for a fair hearing before the Authority upon 10 days’ written notice to the applicant.

2. If the Authority, after affording reasonable opportunity for development and presentation of applications in the order of relative need, finds that an application is in conformity with the state plan, the Authority shall approve the application and shall recommend and forward it to the federal agency.

3. The Authority shall consider and forward applications in the order of relative need set forth in the state plan.
