“Prospective donor” defined

Known as the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act

The act spans §§ 451–451 (124 sections).

(Added to NRS by 2007, 781)

“Prospective donor” means a natural person who is dead or near death and has been determined by a procurement organization to have a part that could be medically suitable for transplantation, therapy, research or education. The term does not include a natural person who has made a refusal.
