“Person with a narcotic use disorder” defined

Known as the Uniform Controlled Substances Act

The act spans §§ 453–453 (191 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1979, 1672)

“Person with a narcotic use disorder” means a person of any age who has developed a compulsion to continue taking or who has developed a psychic or physical dependence on the effects of a narcotic drug.
