When a person with a narcotic use disorder is being treated under a program or service maintained under NRS 453.660, his or her estate or legally responsible relatives, if of sufficient ability, are liable for payment of such portion of the cost of care, treatment, rehabilitation or aftercare furnished pursuant to NRS 453.660 as may be established by a regulation of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department.
