“Unexpected occurrence” defined

(Added to NRS by 1991, 1142; A 2015, 1679)

“Unexpected occurrence” includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake or other cause of the movement of the soil, or a riot, an accident, a motor vehicle crash or an act of sabotage that causes damage to a subsurface installation which requires immediate repair.
