1. When using an amusement ride that requires a passenger to steer or control the ride in some manner, a passenger shall not steer or control the ride in a manner which intentionally harms another.
2. A passenger shall not disable or attempt to disable any safety or restraining device.
3. A passenger shall not alter or enhance the intended speed, course or direction of an amusement ride.
