Declaration of substandard mobile home as nuisance; abatement; restrictions on use
(Added to NRS by 1981, 1231; A 1993, 2053)
Any mobile home which is determined to be substandard by the agency is hereby declared to be a nuisance and:
1. Must be abated by repair, demolition or removal; and
2. Must not be rented, leased or sold or offered for rent, lease or sale until the nuisance is abated.
