“Gaming enterprise district” defined

Known as the Nevada Gaming Control Act

The act spans §§ 463–463 (375 sections).

“Gaming enterprise district” means an area that has been approved by a county, city or town as suitable for operating an establishment that has been issued a nonrestricted license.
