“Representative of value” defined

Known as the Nevada Gaming Control Act

The act spans §§ 463–463 (375 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1997, 3497)

“Representative of value” means any instrumentality used by a patron in a game whether or not the instrumentality may be redeemed for cash.
