The Department consists of:
1. An Investigation Division;
2. A Nevada Highway Patrol Division;
3. A State Fire Marshal Division;
4. A Division of Parole and Probation;
5. A Capitol Police Division;
6. A Training Division; and
7. A Records, Communications and Compliance Division.
