NRS 481.089

“Personal information” defined

(Added to NRS by 2017, 1558)

As used in NRS 481.089 to 481.099, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “personal information” means:

1. The home address of a person; and

2. The home address of the spouse, domestic partner or minor child of a person.
