NRS 482.36665

The Department shall maintain a record of the complaints submitted to the Department pursuant to NRS 482.36664. The record must include a statement of whether the dealer was found to have violated the provisions of NRS 482.36655 to 482.36667, inclusive, or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and if so, whether the used vehicle dealer resolved the complaint in the manner recommended by the Department or in any other manner acceptable to the Department and the retail customer who filed the complaint.
