NRS 483.083

“License” defined

Known as the Uniform Motor Vehicle Drivers’ License Act

The act spans §§ 483–483 (215 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1969, 536; A 2003, 1237; 2013, 1297)

“License” means any driver’s license or permit to operate a vehicle issued under or granted by the laws of this State, including:

1. Any temporary license;

2. Any instruction permit obtained in accordance with NRS 483.290; and

3. The future privilege to drive a vehicle by a person who does not hold a driver’s license.
