NRS 483.190

“Vehicle” defined

Known as the Uniform Motor Vehicle Drivers’ License Act

The act spans §§ 483–483 (215 sections).

“Vehicle” means every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway, except:

1. Devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks;

2. Electric bicycles;

3. Electric personal assistive mobility devices as defined in NRS 482.029; and

4. An electric scooter, as defined in NRS 482.0295.
