Application for licensure as instructor for school to include social security number. [Effective until the date of the repeal of 42 U.S.C. § 666, the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

Known as the Uniform Motor Vehicle Drivers’ License Act

The act spans §§ 483–483 (215 sections).

An application for the issuance of a license as an instructor for a school for training drivers must include the social security number of the applicant.
