Minimum age for training; exceptions

Known as the Uniform Motor Vehicle Drivers’ License Act

The act spans §§ 483–483 (215 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1997, 1520; A 1999, 1925)

A school for training drivers may not offer or provide training to a person whose age is less than 15 years unless the person has been issued:

1. A restricted license pursuant to the provisions of NRS 483.267 or 483.270; or

2. A restricted instruction permit pursuant to the provisions of subsection 3 of NRS 483.280.
