Use of license issued by another jurisdiction prohibited after becoming resident of Nevada

Known as the Uniform Motor Vehicle Drivers’ License Act

The act spans §§ 483–483 (215 sections).

A person who is a resident of this State for 30 days or more shall not drive a commercial motor vehicle under the authority of a commercial driver’s license issued by another jurisdiction.
