“Official traffic-control device” defined

(Added to NRS by 1969, 1479; A 1973, 448)—(Substituted in revision for NRS 484.089)

“Official traffic-control device” means every sign, signal, marking and device not inconsistent with chapters 484A to 484E, inclusive, of NRS or prohibited by law, placed or erected by a public authority or railroad for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding traffic.
