NRS 485.318

Immunity from liability for actions in good faith and without gross negligence

Known as the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Financial Responsibility Act

The act spans §§ 485–485 (74 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1993, 2484; A 1995, 2742)

An insurer, its agents, the Department and its employees who act pursuant to NRS 485.313 to 485.318, inclusive, in good faith and without gross negligence are immune from civil liability for those acts.
