Failure to return license, registration or license plate

Known as the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Financial Responsibility Act

The act spans §§ 485–485 (74 sections).

Any person willfully failing to return a license, certificate of registration or license plate as required in NRS 485.320 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
