Operation and equipment provisions applicable and uniform throughout State; local authorities prohibited from enacting ordinance in conflict with provisions

1. The provisions of NRS 486.180 to 486.361, inclusive, are applicable and uniform throughout this State.
2. A local authority shall not enact an ordinance governing the operation and equipment of a motorcycle or moped which is in conflict with any of the provisions of NRS 486.180 to 486.361, inclusive.
