NRS 5.0755

“Residential confinement” defined

(Added to NRS by 1987, 2231)

As used in NRS 5.0755 to 5.078, inclusive, “residential confinement” means the confinement of a person convicted of a misdemeanor to the person’s place of residence under the terms and conditions established by the sentencing court.
