“Unwarrantable failure of an operator to comply” defined

(Added to NRS by 1975, 515)

“Unwarrantable failure of an operator to comply” means the failure of an operator to prevent the occurrence of or to abate a violation of a health or safety standard or regulation adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter due to indifference, lack of diligence or lack of reasonable care.
