“Ground-based equipment” defined

Known as the Nevada Forest Practice Act

The act spans §§ 528–528 (64 sections).

“Ground-based equipment” means mobile equipment, including, without limitation, tractors, dozers, skidders, excavators, loaders, mechanized harvesters and forwarders, that are used for harvesting, site preparation or slash hazard reduction.
