“Slash” defined

Known as the Nevada Forest Practice Act

The act spans §§ 528–528 (64 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1971, 755; A 1973, 1154; 2019, 734)

“Slash” means branches, limbs or stems of any species left in the harvest area as a result of current forest management activities.
