“Urban forestry” means the science of developing, caring for or cultivating conservation plant materials in an urban environment to enhance air and water quality, provide shade protection, stabilize soils, promote water conservation, reduce noise levels, reduce fire hazards, improve human health, provide wildlife habitat, sustain local economies and improve esthetics.
