As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Board of Regents” means the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada.
2. “Director” means the Director of the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension of the Public Service Division of the Nevada System of Higher Education.
3. “State 4-H Camp” means the State 4-H Camp Institute and Exhibit.
