1. The Director shall appoint such technical, clerical and operational staff as the execution of the Director’s duties and the operation of the Department may require.
2. The Director may appoint agricultural police officers for the purposes of enforcing the provisions of Titles 49 and 50 of NRS and chapters 581, 582, 583, 584, 586, 587, 588 and 590 of NRS.
