Misbranded drugs and devices: Health-endangering when used as prescribed

Known as the Nevada Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act

A drug or device shall be deemed to be misbranded if it is dangerous to health when used in the dosage or with the frequency or duration prescribed, recommended or suggested in the labeling thereof.
