NRS 598.9739

Right of aggrieved party to rescind contract or agreement

(Added to NRS by 2021, 1448)

If a person fails to comply with the provisions of NRS 598.9731 to 598.9739, inclusive, the aggrieved party may rescind the contract or agreement.
