Civil penalty for violation; no private right of action
Known as the Nevada Unfair Trade Practice Act
The act spans §§ 598–598 (43 sections).
(Added to NRS by 2021, 309)
1. A person who willfully violates any provision of NRS 598A.290 to 598A.430, inclusive, is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 for each day of the violation.
2. The provisions of NRS 598A.290 to 598A.430, inclusive, do not establish a private right of action against any person.
