“Creditor” defined
Known as the Nevada Equal Credit Opportunity Law
The act spans §§ 598–598 (21 sections).

“Creditor” means any person who:
1. Regularly extends, renews or continues credit;
2. Regularly arranges for the extension, renewal or continuation of credit; or
3. Participates in the decision to extend, renew or continue credit as an assignee of an original creditor.
