Unlawful to discriminate on basis of race, color, creed, religion, disability, national origin or ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or marital status

It is unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant on the basis of the applicant’s race, color, creed, religion, disability, national origin or ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or marital status with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction.
