Employing or permitting minor to work as messenger: Limitations

In incorporated cities and towns, no person under the age of 18 years shall be employed or permitted to work as a messenger for a telegraph or messenger company in the distribution, transmission or delivery of goods or messages before 5 a.m. or after 10 p.m. of any day.
