Amended determination of entitlement based on increase of regular compensation

Known as the Unemployment Compensation Law

The act spans §§ 612–612 (213 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1971, 28)

If an individual who has received extended compensation for a week or weeks of unemployment is determined to be entitled to more regular compensation with respect to such week or weeks as a result of an appeal, the extended compensation that was paid to the individual shall be treated as if it were regular compensation up to the greater amount of compensation to which the individual has been determined to be entitled. If the individual is entitled to more extended compensation as a result of being entitled to more regular compensation an amended determination shall be made of the entitlement to extended compensation and a notice of such a determination shall be given to the individual.
