Appeals may be taken to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution from the judgment of the district court in the same manner and with the same effect as in other civil cases, except that notice of appeal must be served and filed within 60 days from the entry of judgment.
