NRS 612.725

False statement or failure to disclose material fact to obtain or increase benefit under federal law or law of another state

Known as the Unemployment Compensation Law

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5 of NRS 612.445, any person residing in this State who claims benefits under any agreement existing between the Division and some other state or the Federal Government, who willfully makes a false statement or representation or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact to obtain or increase benefits under the provisions of the unemployment law of any other state or the Federal Government is guilty of a misdemeanor.
