“Vocational rehabilitation services” defined

Known as the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act

The act spans §§ 616–616 (110 sections).

“Vocational rehabilitation services” means any goods or services necessary to prepare an individual with a disability to engage in competitive integrated employment, as defined in 29 U.S.C. § 705, or to determine the rehabilitation potential of the individual.
