“Photovoltaic system project” defined
Known as the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Act
The act spans §§ 618–618 (205 sections).
(Added to NRS by 2005, 22nd Special Session, 72)
1. “Photovoltaic system project” means a project related to:
(a) The installation of a photovoltaic system; or
(b) The maintenance of a photovoltaic system.
2. The term does not include the installation or maintenance of a photovoltaic system before January 1, 2007.
